DIRECTIONS
SHAKE: For best results mix contents of one packet with 8 ounces (237ml) of cold water. Add half the water first to prevent the powder from sticking to the bottom of a blender or shaker bottle. Blend on high speed or shake bottle vigorously until powder is fully mixed. Let beverage sit for 3 minutes to allow powder to completely dissolve into water. If reduced thickness is desired, use and additional 4-6 ounces (118-177ml) of water when mixing.
PUDDING: Mix packet contents with 4 ounces (118ml) of cold water. Follow similar mixing steps for Shake. Pour mixed pudding into bowl and let sit for 3 minutes before eating.

Protein blend (calcium caseinate [milk], sodium caseinate), cocoa powder, fructose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sunflower oil, maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin, dipotassium phosphate, aspartame (140 mg per serving), salt, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium oxide, natural and artificial flavours, silicon dioxide, soy lecithin, mono-diglycerides, tocopherols.
